For the health and safety of visitors, Din l-Art Ħelwa advises that we are observing the following regulations:
- Visitors must endeavour to observe the 2 metre social distancing rule.
- Maximum capacity of each building is communicated at each site.
- Acrylic shields have been fixed for your safety to reception desks where these are manned.
- We will ask you to provide us with your contact details should contact tracing be required. This follows the General Privacy Protection Rules.
- Please use the Hand sanitizers available at the entrance.
- Toilets – for those sites with toilets, until further relaxations of use, visitors are advised that these are closed to the public.
- We advise you to wash your hands often before coming, and use your own cleansing gels after taking public transport.
- Information Leaflets – we are limiting the availability of these. Our volunteers will hand them to you, please keep these for your own personal use after your visit.
- Exhibits – please do not touch the exhibits.
- Please limit handbags or backpacks and if possible avoid bringing them.
- Visitors will need to wear visors or masks as they enter the sites. If you forget your mask, spare masks can be bought for 1 euro at reception.
- Should you use our audio guides, please know we sanitise these after each use.
- Entry may be refused to any visitor who looks unwell.
- DLH sites are mostly located in fresh open countryside. We leave our doors and windows open to ensure good ventilitation.
- Enjoy your visit and we do hope to welcome you back.
- If you wish to help our voluntary organisation, become a Heritage Guardian. Do become a member, a volunteer or leave a donation. Your help counts if we are to maintain these beautiful historic buildings.
